How do I return my products?
When a product is not to your satisfaction, you can return your order within 14 days.
Below you will find an instruction:
- wrap your goods in the original packaging and add the included packing slip;
- Please include your order number on the package;
- Send your package postage prepaid to the address below:

At the time your shipment is accepted, you will get your money refunded as soon as possible.
Returns within 14 days
If you are not satisfied with the ordered item, you can return your order within 14 days from the day of receipt. Orders are complete and (as far as reasonably possible) to be returned in the original condition and packaging. We kindly ask you to instantly after receipt of the item to check if it is undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible to report it.
Items that are not returned can be:
- products in which is engraved upon request by you as customer;
- products that are custom made.
Within the trial period of 14 days, you have the right to judge your purchase, as you in a shop would. If, however, show that the returned item to us for other purposes is used (for example: wearing it, causing wear damage has occurred), then there may be a possible impairment. When the damage is found to be beyond repair, we can decide to refuse the return and send the item back to you.
The refund will be made as soon as possible in order, at the latest within 14 days after the dissolution of the sale. You will receive all costs incurred. The cost for return are for your own account, unless the product contains damage received by you or you have received the wrong item. In that case we will post to you reimburse shipping costs incurred. This we comply with the laws of the Netherlands.
The returns are processed on a first come, first served basis and reviewed, once your return is taken in treatment, you will receive notification by email. The processing takes up to 14 days.
